He is survived by: his wife Kelli Grohe of Aurelia, Iowa; his child Kati Gorman (Brian) of Ames; his grandchildren, Ella and Duke; his daughter Amy Schumann (Lyle); his grandchildren, Coy, Bryn Lewis and Graysen; his children, Hudsen, Samsen Schumann and Nick Hirschman (Ugo); his grandson Ike of Attleboro, Massachusetts; his siblings, Renee Conley (Dan) of Cherokee, Jan Koch (Peter) of Austin and Sue Hirschman of Fort Dodge, Iowa; his nephew Tyson Conley (Julie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Theo and Alivia; his nephew Jon Conley; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cale and Ada; his nephew Christopher Koch (Marek Mroz); his niece Jessica Koch; his half-sister Tonia Bauer of Anapolis, Maryland; and his sister-in-law Sue Roberts (Joe Schmillen) of Cherokee, Iowa. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
