He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Frahm Piittmann and Everett Piittmann. He is survived by: his fiancée Barbara Lytle of Atlantic; his sons, James Piittmann (Lindsay) of Elkhorn, Nebraska, Andrew Piittmann (Maddie) of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Eric Piittmann (Shaleigh) of Omaha, Nebraska.; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Oliver, Wesley, Ruby and Harlow; and his sister Nancy Kelly of Avoca.
