He is survived by: his siblings, John Franklin of Mason City, IA, Janice Long (Dennis) of Lincoln, NE, Raymond Franklin of Marshalltown, IA and Donna Ellis of Indian Head, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
