He was predeceased by : his parents, Vivian Kelley (Miller) and Robert "Pat" Kelley. He is survived by : his wife Angie Halligan; his children, Kelsey Kelley (Kyle) and Dillon Kelley (Grace); and his siblings, Debra Kelley, Patricia Kelley, Kitt Kelley, Matthew Kelley (Suzanne), Robert "Bob" Kelley, John Kelley (Brenda) and Mark Kelley.
