With sadness, we share the passing of Melody Berger (Ayrshire, Iowa). Melody, born on June 12, 1959, passed away on September 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Melody for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While she will be deeply missed, the influence she had on the lives around her remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Miller and Norma Miller. She is survived by: her husband Roland Berger; and her children, Mark Berger (Melissa) of Savannah, MO, Angela Stokesberry (Oliver) of Blue Springs, MO, David Berger of Corpus Christi, TX and Lisa McDaniels (Kevin) of St. Joseph, MO.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, a brother, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Savannah Missouri United Methodist Church (103 N 4th St, Savannah, MO 64485). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Community Center (1502 Silver Lake Ave, Ayrshire, IA 50515).
