It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Dencklau of Badger, Iowa, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Delbert Dencklau to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Dencklau and Elfrieda Dencklau (Virginia); and his siblings, Harold, Leroy, Allen, Delmar, Richard, Marlin, Larry, Dale, Donnie, Merlin, Lorraine Larson, Joan Adson, Jane Konvalinka, Betty Anderson and Elaine Dencklau.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Dencklau (Linda) of Fort Dodge, Kevin Dencklau (Dawn) of Fort Dodge, Kathy Johanson (Steve) of Badger and Kayleen Ramthun (Alan) of Manson; his siblings, Earl Dencklau and Laverna Wilson; and his wife Virginia Wilson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers and plants, memorials and donation can be left to the Badger Lutheran Church.
