He is survived by: his children, Kevin Clark (Diane) of Maquoketa, Tammy Pierson (Noel) of Davenport, John A. Manning Jr. (Crystal) of Andrew and Renee Manning of Dewitt, Iowa; and his brother James Lee Manning. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
