She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Julius and Effie Henrietta Clausen (Jones); her son Mike Stevens; and her siblings, Richard Clausen and Patsy Farrell.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Stevens; her daughter Jane Butt (Ed) of Maquoketa, IA; her daughter-in-law Kay Stevens of Bethany, MO; her grandchildren, Jyme Stevens and Ben Butt; her sisters, Fern Ackerman of Bellevue, IA, Charlotte Pefferman (Curt) of Clinton, IA and Judy Soenksen of LeClaire, IA; and her sister-in-law Mary Clausen of Clinton, IA..
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Jackson County or the Grand River Medical Oncology Unit in Dubuque.
