She is survived by: her husband Ronald Schmitt of Balltown, IA; her children, Kevin Schmitt (Valorie) of Dubuque, IA, Mark Schmitt (Jean Ann) of Ankeny, IA, Greg Schmitt (Michelle) of Winthrop, IA and Amy McDonnell (Gary) of Dubuque, IA; her grandchildren, Peter Schmitt (Libbey), Rachel Schmitt, Mitchell Schmitt (Belle), Laura Vance (Kellen), Alicia Klinehart (Matt), Marissa Hunter (Paul), Jacob Schmitt (Janel), Ryan Schmitt, Nathan Schmitt, Will McDonnell and Maggie McDonnell; her great grandchildren, Liam, Eleanor Ruby "Nora", Leighton, Kade, Kameron, Brooks and Westin; and her siblings, Ruth Schuster of Balltown, IA, John "Jack" Gansemer (Judy) of Balltown, IA and Mike Gansemer (Julie) of Dubuque, IA.
