She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Fangman (Matt) of Darien, Illinois, Diane Harrison (Chris) of Omaha, Nebraska and Lisa Nelson (Les) of Waukee, Iowa; her grandchildren, Aaron Fangman (Lauren), Allison Weidman (Dave), Holly Reeves (Seth) and Sarah Nelson; and her great grandchildren, Lennon, Mara Fangman, Barrett, Maxwell Weidman, Calvin and Elliott Reeves.

Memorials will be directed to Hospice of the Heartland and Bancroft Community Foundation in memory of Annette M. Ratigan.
