She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Meyer and Leonora Meyer (Hutchinson); her husband James Francis Antoine of John's Catholic Church; her daughter Amy Wolvert (Antoine); and her siblings, Mary Ann, Florence and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Maureen Antoine (David Anderson) and Christian Antoine (Megan); her son-in-law Paul Wolvert; her grandchildren, Madeline, Luke, Ellen, Grace, Ethan and Eli; and her siblings, Lola, Geraldine, Leroy, Joanita and Phillip. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oakcrest Funeral Services of Bancroft (105 E Kossuth St, Bancroft, IA 50517). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. John's Catholic Church (204 S Summit St, Bancroft, IA 50517).
Memorials can be made in Maxine's name to Divine Mercy Parish - St. John the Baptist Catholic Church or to the Kossuth County Food Pantry.
