We bid farewell to Gary Deucore of Barnes City, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 9, 2025 at the age of 79. Gary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Deucore and Anna Hamilton Deucore; and his wife Lodi Deucore. He is survived by: his children, K. C. Morrison (Stephanee) of Holt, Brandi Maschmann of Montezuma, Kaelyn Evans (Joe) of St. Paul, MN, Garrett Deucore (Heather) of Barnes City and Kammi Hilyar (Phil) of Ramsey, MN; his foster daughters, Heather, Amber, Tillie and Kayla; his close friend Betsy Hiner; and his brothers, Vernon Deucore (Grace) of Missouri, Arlen Deucore (Amie) of Ohio and Steve Deucore of Barnes City. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
A burial was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jackson Township Cemetery (300 S High St, Montezuma, IA 50171).
