She was predeceased by: her parents, Fern D. Riessen (Hanson) and Walter Riessen; her parents-in-law, Martin S. and Concordia L. M. Jensen (Schwenk); her husband Marvin Jensen; her daughters, Bonita Jensen and Cindy Davis; her grandson Bryan Wilcke; her sisters, JoAnn Riessen and Alberta Reitz (Ray); and her sister-in-law Sheryll Riessen.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Bonita; her children, Gary Jensen (Reta) of Cherokee, IA, Diana Sexton of Blencoe, IA and Deb Jensen of Battle Creek, IA; her son-in-law Jerry Davis of Correctionville, IA; and her brother Ronald Riessen of Battle Creek, IA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, honorary grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Christensen-Van Houten Funeral Home (321 2nd St, Ida Grove, IA 51445). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church of Ida Grove, Iowa (100 7th St, Ida Grove, IA 51445).
