He is survived by: his mother Lorna Horstman (Maguire) of Sioux City, IA; his sisters, Regina Mosley (Robert) of Ida Grove, IA and Jessica Reinard (Justin) of Denver, CO; his nephews, Eden and Ethan Mosley; his grandmother Opal Maguire of Sioux City, IA; his stepmother Kelley Horstman of Ida Grove, IA; his girlfriend Sarah Klemesrud of Mason City, IA; and his stepsiblings, Holly Paulsen (Brent) of Slater, IA, Jonathan Cotton of Urbandale, IA and Megan Dudley (Jason) of Cabot, AR. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
