He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kelly of Beacon; his children, Jodi Lynn of Oskaloosa and Justin Smith (Heather) of Beacon; his grandchildren, Mark Jacobs (Elissa), Jeremy Jacobs, Katelyn Deney (Dalton) and Jared Smith; his great grandchildren, Charlie Jacobs, Henry Jacobs, Alice Jacobs, Charlotte Jacobs and Maya Deney; and his siblings, Ted Smith (Linda) of Beacon and Cynthia Barrett (Ron) of Beacon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
