He was predeceased by: his parents, Mainard Case and Betty Case (McTurk); his brother-in-law Virgil Klaas; his nephew Jason Spurlin; and his stepnephews, Justin Klaas and Kerry Klaas.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Penny; his siblings, Linda Klaas of Clemons, Tim Case (Crystal) of Beaman, Julie Benson (Bob) of Liscomb and Jamie Matney (Rusty) of Liscomb; and his pets, Bobby Dingo Dango Chihuahua and Kitty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
