It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chris Risser of Bedford, Iowa, who passed away on August 8, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Elbert Risser; his grandmother Myrtle Risser; his former wife Sandy Risser; and his brother Kerry Risser. He is survived by: his mother Doris Risser (Steinman); his wife Michelle Risser; his children, Kyle Puckett, Kasey Puckett (Christopher) and Kaitlin Puckett (Randan); his siblings, Gayland Risser (Debbie), Mike Risser (Teresa), Malinda Nelson and Tish Warner (Duane); and his grandchildren, Westyn, Sophia, Logan, Hazel, Libby and Serenity. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be directed towards the family to be established in Chris's honor.
