He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Milton Blake and Leona Mae Blake (Larson); and his brothers, Adrian, David (Sam), Gilbert, Eddie and Delbert.
He is survived by: his sister Juddie Squires (Kenny) of Albia, Iowa; and his guardian Cheryl Walton. He is also survived by his many nephews and nieces, his many cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cummings Family Funeral Home (1406 Madison St, Bedford, IA 50833).
Memorials may be directed towards the family to be established in Donnie's memory.
