He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Rabe and Arlene M. Rabe (Sindt). He is survived by: his son Ryan Rabe (Rachel) of Northbrook, IL; his grandsons, Walker and Cooper; his stepson Howard Rowe (Cheryl) of London; his stepgrandchildren, Olivia, Avery, Sarah and Jonathan; his sister Charlene McDonough (Ed) of Cedar Rapids; his nephew Chad McDonough; his children, Molly, Shaw, Chris McDonough, Carson of Cedar Rapids and Nate of Cedar Rapids; and his close friend Jason James.
