She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Purtilo; and her siblings-in-law, Don York, John Renfrow and Barb Purtilo. She is survived by: her sons, Rod Purtilo (Sherry Speciale) and Terry Purtilo; her siblings, Wilma York, Velma Renfrow (Dale Hutzelt), Clarence Milburn (Colleen) and Keith Milburn (Sharon); and her in-laws, Denny Purtilo (Kay) and Judy McCart (Doug). She is also survived by relatives, and nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established in Connie's memory.
