He was predeceased by : his parents, Eldon Klemme and Doris Klemme (Roe); and his siblings, Karol Mootz and Steve Klemme. He is survived by : his siblings, Peggy Mancebo (Marty), Keith Klemme (Diane), Nancy Bentley (Chuck) and Dennis Klemme (Shelia); his nephews, Troy and Dustin Klemme; his niece Joy Kaiser; and also Craig "Volgie" Volquardsen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Delbie's name.
