He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Mancebo (Marty), Keith Klemme (Diane), Nancy Bentley (Chuck) and Dennis Klemme (Shelia); his siblings' children, Troy, Dustin Klemme and Joy Kaiser; Craig "Volgie" Volquardsen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Delbie's name.
