She was predeceased by: her father Wayne Herbert Williamson; and her husband Stephen Fowlkes. She is survived by: her mother Donna Pauline Williamson (Michaels) of Independence; her daughter Amber Clayton (Alonzo) of Chaska, MN; her grandchildren, Brooklyn Michele Charles and Tyson Richard Charles; her siblings, Penny Williamson of Bellevue and Mike Williamson (Kathy Butters) of Independence; and her nieces and nephews, Kevin Cambell of Strawberry Point, Jesse Cambell of Dubuque, Lisa Dixon of Cedar Rapids, Cameron and Chelsea Williamson.
Memorials may be directed to the family to establish a memorial fund.
