She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Schlecht and Mildred Schlecht (Brown); her husband Raymond Wiegert; her son Roland Wiegert; her brothers, Richard Schlecht (Rosalee) and Joseph Schlecht (JoAnn); and her in-laws, Laverne Wiegert (Mary), Alverda Beck (John), Harold Wiegert, Judy Wiegert and Sandy Wiegert.
She is survived by: her children, Reynold Wiegert and Rhonda Hefel (Mark); her granddaughter Rachel Hefel; and her brothers-in-law, Albert Wiegert, Jr. and Eldon Wiegert. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Above and Beyond Hospice or St. John's Lutheran Church in Rita's memory.
