It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Schaub of Bellevue, Iowa, who passed away on December 30, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Roberta's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Roberta has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Gaylor and Helen Gaylor (Schwagler); her husband George F. Schaub; her brother Arlo Gaylor; and her brother-in-law Ed Sabrowski.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Norpel (Steve), Cathy Sneller (Willie), Karen Stewart (Jeff) and Abby Steines (Rick); and her in-laws, Karen Sabrowski, John Gaylor (Ginny) and Nancy Gaylor. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren; siblings.
