As we bid RuthAnn farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For RuthAnn is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Marshall and Dorothy Marshall (Mesch); and her siblings, Robert "Joe" Marshall and Kay Hipschen. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Muller, Scott Jess (Ashlee) and Brian Jess (Angela); her close friend Paul Denolf; her siblings, Jerry Marshall (Ruth) and Sally Fondell (Nick); her siblings-in-law, Barb Marshall and Joe Hipschen; Krista Demoss (Tommy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the K. C. Hall.
