She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Chapman and Corrine Chapman (Weiner); her parents-in-law, Colleen VanDee and Robert Hahn; her siblings, Debbie Dodds, Mike Chapman and Patti Lindecker; and her nephew Chris Chapman.
She is survived by: her husband John D. Hahn; her daughter Breanna Sieverding (Kody) of Bellevue; her stepdaughter Whitney Hahn of Oskaloosa, IA; her granddaughters, Lydia Kay Sieverding, Ella Marie Sieverding, Willow Isabelle Hahn-Lefler and Everly Rose Rogers; her siblings, Rick Chapman (Pam) of Dubuque, Lynn Schlueter (Dan) of Dubuque and Dan Chapman (Jody) of Dubuque; and her in-laws, Dan Dodds of Dubuque, Juanita Chapman of Florida, Pete Lindecker of Dubuque and Peggy Fennimore of Iowa City, IA.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a Sandy Hahn memorial fund will be established.
