She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Benson and Bertha Benson; her son Todd; and her sisters, Betty Benson, Donna Slining, Ruth O'Connor and Connie Whitaker.
She is survived by: her husband Clem; and her children, Scott McLaughlin (Terry), Jeff McLaughlin (Charlotte), Tami Kroll (Dale), Jackie Thomas (Brent), Alison Russell (Eric) and Kristie Houdek (Chris). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
