She was predeceased by: her mother Lydia Baker (Ostendorf); her husband Phil Mayo; her son Jody; her father Harold Baker; and her parents-in-law, Percy Brown and Eloise Mayo.
She is survived by: her sons, John Mayo (Michelle) and Eric Mayo (Christine); her grandchildren, Nichole Meyer (Jason), Andrew Mayo (Stephanie), Corbin Mayo (Abby Coates), Greg Collins (Alyson), Ashlyn Onley (Keith) and Victoria Mayo (Austin Hall); her great grandchildren, Trenton, Vincent, Gunner, Kari, Isabella, Henley, Beckett, Kylier, Kylah, Kayda, Kinley, Ellie and Karsyn; her brother Dick; and her sister-in-law Sara Paige Mayo.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Belmond United Methodist Church (1031 1st St SE, Belmond, IA 50421). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to Belmond United Methodist Church, BK Scholarship Foundation II, Wright County Fair, or the donor's choice.
