He is survived by : his children, David Dorenkamp (Helen) of Milford, Alan Dorenkamp (Jo) of Polk City, Kathy Atkinson (Michael) of Hampton, Susan Howe (Bob) of Waverly and Heidi Merfeld (Nick) of Ames; and his brother Calvin of Mason City.
