With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold L. Buseman of Belmond, Iowa, born in Klemme, Iowa, who passed away on December 8, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harold L. Buseman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester Buseman and Ida Buseman (Steenblock); and his siblings, Eric and Beverly. He is survived by : his wife Donna Buseman of Belmond; his children, Jackie Netten (Kyle) of Ankeny, Jeff Buseman (Shelly) of Belmond, Jerry Buseman (Wendy) of Hampton and Joel Buseman (Anna) of Belmond; his grandchildren, Cole Netten (Kate), Claire Netten, Tanner Buseman, Keaton Buseman, Addie Buseman, Sara Buseman, Sydney Buseman, Silas Buseman, Wyatt Buseman, Piper Buseman and Payton Buseman; and his great grandchild Remy Netten.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, attendance at visitation will be limited to 15 indoors and 30 outdoors at all times. Those in attendance are required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.

He served on the Belmond School Board, was a founding member of the Belmond Hospital Foundation and served on the Board of Directors at First State Bank.
