With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet La Vonne (Lerdal) Meints of Belmond, Iowa, who passed away on April 2, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lloyd Lerdal and Ruby Lerdal (Knutson); her husband Moo Meints; her siblings, Richard, Roger, Kenneth Lerdal (Shirley), Tom Lerdal and Bev Lande (Jim); her sister-in-law Diane Lerdal; and her parents-in-law, Bill and Tillie Meints.

She is survived by : her daughters, Kate and Kelsey; her adoptive son Max; her brothers, Bud Lerdal (Carol) and Bob Lerdal (Shirley); and also, Kinslie, Jenny Peterson, Kate, Kelsey and Kinslie.
