He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas John and Josephine Charlotte Quigley (Studebaker); his former life partner Miki; his son Robert Quigley; his grandsons, Waylen Bonte, Wade and Anthony Burt; and his siblings-in-law, Vicki Quigley, Russ Beenken and Duane Trager.
He is survived by : his wife Judy Burt (Nelsen); his children, William Quigley (Sheryl) of Clear Lake, Patricia Ostermann (Scott) of Woden and Pamela Gifford (Vern) of Dows; his stepchildren, Bennett Gaulke (Deb) and Natalie McBride (Tony); his grandchildren, Megan Hansen (Andy), Jessie Jo Hill (Remington), Ryan Bonte (Chad), Randi Burt (John), Barry Burt (Jess), Kim Belsten (Keith), Patrick Carstensen (Jess) and Connor Carstensen; his siblings, Nancy Beenken, Theresa Trager, Rose McGrann (John), Sue Followwill (Charlie), Carol Fletcher (Brad), Steven Quigley (Ann), Eugene Quigley (Diane), Tom Quigley (Rosalie) and Frank Quigley; and also, Nathan Gaulke (Rachelle), Lauren Schweitzer (Bryce), Logan Gaulke (Kendra), Colin McBride and Meghan McBride. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
