He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola "Blondie" Gayken and Lyle Green; his siblings, Vicki and Keith; and his niece Jenny.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dick, Kelly, Marvin, Pam, Karen and Jay; and his niece Mona. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, numerous friends and his beloved cats.
