We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2024, at the age of 37, Steven S. Meyer Jr. of Belmond, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandparent McGill. He is survived by : his mother Vicki Meyer (McGill) of Belmond; his son Zander Meyer; his sister Jennifer Schlader (Jeremy) of Cedar Falls; his nieces and nephews, Abigail, Caleb and Burkley; his sister Kelly Meyer (Todd) of Somerset; his former life partner Amber Meyer; his aunts and uncles, Rita, Annabelle, Jack, Ray and Ron; his cousin Devin; and also, Walter, Ian Forester and Cailee Henning. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Clarmond Country Club (1776 Page Ave, Clarion, IA 50525).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Sam's son, Zander Meyer, at 716 1st Street SE in Belmond, Iowa 50421, to whom he was a devoted father.
