She was predeceased by: her parents, Benton C. Birchard and Alice J. Birchard (Backstrom); her husband LaVern Foxhoven; her siblings, Elmer Birchard, Harold Birchard, Cecil Birchard, Roger Birchard, Betty Plautz, Marlene Anderson, Wanda Mills and Alice Birchard; and her grandson Michael Pomeroy.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Pomeroy (Randy), John Foxhoven (Stephanie), Laurie Gineris (Bill) and Thomas E. Foxhoven (Denise); her grandchildren, Jennifer Hellickson, Alex Foxhoven, Brian Foxhoven, Jesse Foxhoven and Matthew Pomeroy; and her siblings, Earl Birchard and Shirley Stone (Bob). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, many other extended family and friends.
