He was predeceased by : his parents, Alvin Marshall and Verna Marshall (Hingtgen); his stepmother Shirley; his grandchildren, Mikey Mast and Hannah Marshall; and his siblings, Dale Marshall, Gregory Watson and Carol Jean Marshall.

He is survived by : his wife Jean Carner; and his children, Bobbie Hogge (Jerry) of Hopkin, IA, Frank Marshall Jr. of Bernard, Richard Marshall (Selina) of Bernard, Penny Walker (Jim) of Vincennes, IN, Heather Mast (Mike) of Manchester and Carla Steiert (Scott) of Bernard. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren: 27 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers a Frank Marshall memorial fund will be established.
