He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Delbert and Chloris Irene Levis (Snyder); his wife Mary Burns; his children, Joshua Levis (Theresa), Brittni and Cody Perry; his grandchildren, Kaeli Levis, Peyton Levis, Carter Levis, Kayden Klosterman, Beau Overman and Oakley Overman; his daughter Sutton; his sister Janet Levis; his son Nathia Levis; his granddaughter Makayla; Tom, Jade McCoy, Diane Levis, Lorna Betts (Denny), Cindy Dennis (Ricky) and Homer Levis (Penny). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158).
