He is survived by: his wife Sandy Maiden of Anthony's Church; his children, Debbie Heinrich (Gaylon) of Springville, IA, Terry Pfab (Sara) of Dubuque, IA, Sherry Theisen (Dale) of Bernard, IA, Kevin Pfab (Debra) of Bernard, IA, Randy Pfab (Jessica) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Mark Pfab (Nancy) of Glendale, AZ; his grandchildren, Conway Heinrich, Cassie Watkins, Jamie Heinrich, Ashley Heinrich, Chad Pfab, Mindy Brown, Rachel Fritz, Sebastian Fox, Isiah Pfab, Ryland Pfab, Kaitlyn Adams, Ella Adams, Zachary Adams, Logan Adams, Joshua Theisen, Michelle Menadue, Tony Theisen, Cody Theisen, Mathew Pfab, Elizabeth Turnis, Calvin Pfab, Isaac Pfab, Savannah Pfab, Samara O'Brien-Cirkl, Austin Blackman and Sydney Blackman; his siblings, Veronica Burds (Allen) of Epworth, Eileen Conlan Morken (Ray Bliesmer) of Parker, CO, Eugene Pfab, Robert Pfab (Barb) of Dubuque, Roger Pfab (Linda), Delbert Pfab of Cascade, IA and Carl Pfab of Flowery Branch, GA; and his sister-in-law Gaby Pfab (Bertha Pfab) of Monroe, OH.
A wake will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003). Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (28914 46th Ave, Bernard, IA 52032).
