He was predeceased by : his mother Helen Miller (Kroening) of Effingham, Illinois. He is survived by : his wife Janis K. Richars of Bettendorf; his children, Audrey Felix (Nathan) of Louisville, Kentucky and John Miller (Jackie) of Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Owen, Henry, Samuel Felix, Luke, Mark and Anna Miller; and his siblings, Kevin Miller of Teutopolis and Sarah Mellendorf (Neal) of Montrose, Illinois.
