She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Shipley and Mildred Shipley (Boney); her spouse Bert Moore; her children, Roger Taque, Bert Moore Jr., Belinda Maxon and Connie Orman; and her siblings, Bob Shipley and Sandy Ackerman.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie McCredy (Robert) of LeClaire, IA, Terry Taque of LeClaire, IA and Penny Liebbe (Bill) of LeClaire, IA; and her brother Ronnie Shipley of Ottawa, IL.. She is also survived by many grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home (644 River Dr, Bettendorf, IA 52722). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Jack's Cemetery (27955 225th St, Reinbeck, IA 50669).
