She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Herdt and Rose Herdt (Howell); her husband Ronald G. Leuth; and her siblings, Fred Herdt, Jr., John Herdt and Martha Herdt.
She is survived by: her daughter Monica; her son-in-law William Holst of Davenport; her son Eric; her daughter-in-law Tracy Leuth of Rock Island; her granddaughters, Jessica Molacek (Cory) and Kayla Holst; her great grandchildren, Calvin and Benson Molacek; and her sister Joan Kerner of Chadron, Nebraska.. She is also survived by family, especially her grandchildren.
