She is survived by: her children, Donna Higgins (Michael) of Bettendorf, Diane Smith (John) of Reynolds, Karen Werlein (Vaughn) of Bettendorf, Mary Cate Regan of Shorewood, Wisconsin, Paul Regan (Shelley) of Bettendorf and Joseph Regan (Amy DeVine) of Bettendorf; her grandchildren, Steven Dunlop (Sarah), Erin Higgins and Shawn Werlein; her great grandchildren, Della Rose and Emery Anne Dunlop; her sister Dorothy Rowe of Pembroke, Massachusetts; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Regan (Patricia) of Scituate, Massachusetts and Lorraine Regan of Billerica, Massachusetts.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Genesis Hospice or to the Humane Society of Scott County.
