He is survived by: his wife Judy Murphy; his sons, Daniel Murphy II (Jennifer Johnson), Edward Murphy (Darcy), Shawn Murphy (Billie), Timothy Murphy (Nicole) and Phillip Murphy (Caitlin); his grandchildren, Callie DeCap (Tyler), Dylan Murphy, Andrew Murphy, Alex Murphy, Brenna Murphy, Liam Murphy and Finnegan Murphy; and his sisters, Marjorie Barrett, Muriel Murphy and Janice Gaertnier.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
