He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Gus" Millage and Marlynd Millage (Coffman); and his brother Russ. He is survived by: his wife Sandee; his stepchildren, Allison Jennesse, Kelly "Randy" Meisner, Jay Jennesse and Kurt "Brian"; his siblings, Bruce and Brenda "Ken" Feddersen; his nephew Jason; and his nieces, Erica and Jill.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Runge Mortuary Chapel (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his name to The King Harvest Pet Rescue, Davenport or The American Parkinson's Disease Assoc.
