He was predeceased by: his parents, William Freeman and Greta Freeman (Dold); his brother Larry Freeman (Mary Maxine) of Bettendorf; and his wife Shirley M. Riggs. He is survived by: his children, Bill Freeman of Newburgh, Debbie Winslow (Dan) of LeClaire, Iowa and Linda Houston (Randy) of LeClaire, Iowa; his grandchildren, Nicole and William Freeman; his children, Randy, Matt, Derek, Steffane Winslow, Zach, Bryant Houston and Lindsay McElhiney; and his daughter-in-law Diane Freeman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
