He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Miller and Vivian Miller (Schultz); and his wife Patricia D. Porter. He is survived by: his children, Mark D. Miller (Judy), Lisa D. Romanowski (Michael) of Golden, CO and Matthew J. Miller (Krista) of Frisco, CO; his grandchildren, Elliot Miller, Colin Miller, Ian Miller, Taylor Toms (Travis) of Golden, CO, Harrison Romanowski of San Diego, CA, Rylan Miller of Loveland, CO and Raina Miller of Walnut Creek, CA; his great grandchildren, Heron Toms and Rosemary Toms of Golden, CO; and his brother Gregory Miller (Patricia) of Valencia, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Cathedral (422 E 10th St, Davenport, IA 52803). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Ridgecrest Village or Empowering Abilities, Davenport.
