He was predeceased by: his parents, Ono Polk Sala Levsen and Mary Josephine Levsen (Schroeder); and his siblings, Robert and Thomas Levsen. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Beste; his children, Mark Levsen (Theresa), Joe Levsen and Rhonda Wilkinson (David); his grandchildren, Anthony Levsen (Tiffani), Rachel Flecker (Austin), Christopher Wilkinson (Samantha) and Brittany Stout (Dalton); his great grandchildren, Lana, Abel Flecker, Cali and Keira Wilkinson; and his sister Maryanne Gunzenhauser.
