She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Hartz and Gertrude Hartz (Simon); her husband Wilbur C. Schroeder; and her nephew Jeff Hartz. She is survived by: her sons, Chris Schroeder of Bolingbrook, IL, Douglas Schroeder of Bettendorf, IA and Dennis Schroeder (Julie) of Evergreen, CO.; and her siblings, Mary Harmsen of Bettendorf, IA and Richard Hartz (Judy) of Davenport, IA.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to Wounded Warrier Project or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
