With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John D. Bergquist Jr. of Bettendorf, Iowa, who passed away on July 31, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bergquist and Mildred Bergquist (Swap); and his siblings, Luelle Giles and Frank Bergquist. He is survived by: his wife Iris DenHartog of Bettendorf; his son Alan Bergquist (Stephanie) of Taylor Ridge, Illinois; his grandchildren, Casey Klemme (Ryan) and Mack Parker; and his great grandchildren, Parker and Keaghan Klemme.
