He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie McBride and Sophronia McBride (Slaby); his spouse Evalea L. Arp; his brother Jerry; and his sister-in-law Suzanne McBride.
He is survived by: his children, Heidi McBride of Davenport, Erin, Jason Platt of Davenport and Sean McBride of LeClaire, Iowa; his grandson Joshua McBride; his stepgrandson Wyeth Platt; and his brother Larry McBride of Donahue, Iowa.
